We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer Tech Lead to join our Integration Team within the Annuity Modernization program. In this role, you will lead a team of talented engineers, oversee the integration of various systems, and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for the Annuity Modernization program.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of integration projects by setting clear goals, managing resources, and tracking progress.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the development process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer Tech Lead or similar role, with a focus on system integration.
  • Strong proficiency in APIGEE, Spring Boot, Kafka, Vulnerabilities Remediation, NW DevSecOps tools, Micro-Services/Composable service architecture with AWS services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of annuity products and financial services is a plus.
