COVID-19 Field Medical Staff

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a COVID-19 Field Medical Staff. As a RN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care settings, including Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities
- Work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
- Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
- Explain best options for care with residents and their family members
- Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to ensure comprehensive care
- Set up medical equipment and monitor its use to ensure resident safety
- Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Document and check the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
- Perform fluid sample draws for lab work
- Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Competitive hourly pay rate
- Choice of shift types (day/night, weekday/weekends, per diem, etc.) and facilities
