We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist PRN to join our team at Oviedo Medical Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures applying computerized ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT equipment safely and maintain A.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures.
- Participate in the establishment of scan protocols and in execution of specific applications.
- Administer contrast and establish good rapport with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) required; (CT) preferred.
- State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Vocational School Graduate.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
