Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist PRN to join our team at Oviedo Medical Center. As a CT Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures applying computerized ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the CT equipment safely and maintain A.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures.
  • Participate in the establishment of scan protocols and in execution of specific applications.
  • Responsible for contrast administration.
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.
Requirements
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) required; (CT) preferred.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Vocational School Graduate.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
