Recruitment Strategist

Rally House is a rapidly expanding specialty retail organization with over 250 stores across the country. As a Recruitment Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's talent acquisition efforts. This position involves supporting the full life cycle of recruitment and driving innovative sourcing approaches to fuel growth. You will provide valuable insights into recruitment trends and strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices in areas such as networking, referral marketing, career sites, job boards, social media, and brand marketing.

This recruitment leader will cultivate an always-recruiting mindset among Rally House team members by leveraging internal communication methods and training programs. The position is responsible for Operations leadership recruitment and individualizing the recruitment marketing plan to meet staffing levels in each region and district. This includes partnering with Operations leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams to ensure successful recruitment marketing strategies are implemented.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of full life cycle recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, and preferred experience in retail recruitment and agency recruitment. They should maintain a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices regarding talent attraction and the candidate experience and stay up-to-date on trends.
