Recruitment Strategist

Rally House, a rapidly growing specialty retail organization with over 250 locations nationwide, seeks an experienced Recruitment Strategist to support the full life cycle of recruitment. As a key member of the corporate team, you will contribute innovative sourcing approaches to drive growth efforts and cultivate behaviors among all Rally House team members to have an always recruiting mindset.

• Support new store openings and operations staffing by understanding individual market dynamics and developing targeted recruitment strategies.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure successful recruitment marketing execution and messaging alignment.
• Provide full life cycle recruitment support, including engagement with hiring managers and internal customers.

Requirements

• At least one year of full life cycle recruiting experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in retail recruitment and agency recruitment is preferred.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices regarding talent attraction and the candidate experience.

Compensation and Benefits
