Sales Specialist - Hybrid Role

ImpactBio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our product to Healthcare Providers within an assigned geography as well as virtually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate key Healthcare Providers about our product's features, benefits, and safety profile.
  • Deliver sales performance goals, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Proactively build trusted customer relationships to achieve win-win agreements between clients and customers.
  • Develop and execute call plans that achieve set call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to key customers.
  • Engage in meetings to increase knowledge, share market insights, and discuss strategies with in-field team members, sales managers, and brand teams.
  • Differentiate our product value proposition with healthcare-aligned providers and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates.
  • Remain compliant with all regulations while carrying out responsibilities, adhering to all company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Sales experience in healthcare/pharma/life sciences required.
  • Documentation of proven track record of successful performance.
  • Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization among assigned customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and via phone/virtually.
  • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proactive approach to offering innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player.
  • Ability for 20%+ overnight travel depending on territory and to attend meetings as necessary.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record.
