• Demonstrate experience in business management and a proven track record of effectively employing innovative problem-solving techniques, design thinking, disruptive innovation, process management/design, benchmarking, Lean Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Analyze, innovate, and maintain traditional office workflows and business processes utilizing Microsoft Office and other approved software applications.
• Exhibit knowledge and understanding of Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, or Organization Management principles.
• Generate both ad hoc and standard reports to enhance analytics and inform decision-making.
• Identify and articulate business requirements.
• Apply concepts of performance management, strategic planning, research and analysis, change management, and behavioral science.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.
2. Position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.
