The OpportunityThis senior role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in high-end marketing and brand management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a 360-degree marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives sales, and fosters customer loyalty across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement market strategies aligned with global luxury brand aspirations while catering to regional consumer preferences.
- Lead the creation of premium consumer experiences that uphold each brand's image as an emblem of elegance, promoting deep brand loyalty and engagement across all channels.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform strategic decision-making and position the brand as a leader within the luxury market.
- Innovate promotional initiatives tailored to the North American luxury segment, differentiating the brand from competitors.
- Design and execute multi-dimensional brand campaigns that captivate new consumers, drive sales, and meet high-impact objectives for market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Curate seasonal launch calendars centered around key product launches, orchestrating premium media, promotional, and experiential activations.
- Oversight of agency partners and creative service providers ensures every execution reflects the brand's essence of timeless elegance and surpasses luxury standards.
- Presentation of seasonal programs to retail partners fosters collaborative relationships enhancing brand visibility in premium retail environments.
- Seamless collaboration with internal teams and global HQ translates global strategies into regionally relevant experiences sustaining business excellence and elevating brand distinction.
- Partnership with Global teams on product innovation, curated brand content, and media execution enhances the brand's image and reach within the luxury sphere.
- Collaboration with Sales teams designs exclusive marketing plans, retailtainment activations, and luxury events underscoring the brand's unique positioning in premier retail spaces.
- Disciplined budget planning ensures investments align with premium objectives contributing to the brand's financial success.
- Active management of marketing investments and each brand's P&L upholds a luxury mindset focusing on optimal resource allocation, ROI maximization, and future campaign impact.
A competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.
