Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Management Advisor to join our team at TIAA. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and advice to our clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with affluent clients to identify their financial objectives and develop tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts to clients, utilizing exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing financial guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of building long-lasting relationships with affluent clients or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, retirement planning, and wealth management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
