Job Title: Client Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team at Imber Wealth Advisors, Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI.

Job Summary:

The Client Service Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and supporting the financial advisor team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client relationships, building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Support the financial advisor team, preparing client review summaries, and assisting with client appointments.
  • Process client applications, updates, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in a financial services setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
What We Offer:
  • $50,000-$60,000 BOE.
  • PTO.
  • Flex time.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:45.
