- Manage Spill Response and IAQ Programs: Oversee and manage spill response and indoor air quality (IAQ) programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Perform Safety Audits and Risk Assessments: Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and Maintain Safety Policies and Procedures: Write, edit, and update safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., industrial hygiene, environmental health, occupational health).
- Experience: 4+ years of direct industrial hygiene experience.
- Certifications: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist (CAIH) preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
