{"Job Title": "Environmental Services Technician", "Job Summary": "At CARTI, we are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

* Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
* Respond to calls for housekeeping issues.
* Contribute to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow team members and others.
* Clean light fixtures, ceiling and vents, walls, furniture, windows and window coverings, floors and carpets, restroom fixtures, nurses stations, patient service areas, business offices, front lobby areas, and waiting room areas.
* Dispose of trash according to prescribed guidelines.
* Replenish paper and plastic products.
* Move furniture, supplies and equipment.
* Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
* Pushes/pulls cleaning cart or flatbed and carries buckets.
* Operates equipment such as vacuum cleaner.
* Maintains equipment and wears protective clothing as required by the work environment or safety regulations.
* May train workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining the premises.
* Communicate daily with applicable CARTI staff on cleaning and scheduling.
* Complete Daily Task Sheet.
* Responds to guest queries and requests.
* Some travel to clinics for general cleaning as requested by management.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred)
* Minimum of one year housekeeping experience preferred; preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
