Truck Technician

Goodyear is seeking a skilled Truck Technician to join our team. As a Truck Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial vehicles, including tire service, lube, oil change, and filter service. You will also be responsible for managing the draining and filling of coolant systems and engaging in various manual tasks that may involve light to heavy lifting.
Key Responsibilities:- Tire Service: Efficiently repair, replace, mount, and balance commercial tires to ensure the longevity and safety of each vehicle.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform comprehensive lube, oil change, and filter service, along with brake adjustments.
- Coolant System Maintenance: Manage the draining and filling of coolant systems.
- Physical Tasks: Engage in various manual tasks that may involve light to heavy lifting, including handling commercial tires and wheels, with periods of standing, bending, and squatting.
- Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
