Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Solventum is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team in Meriden, CT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various operations including working with shrink wrap machines, tape machines, scales, and UPS equipment.
  • Process and move product in and out of stocking locations using computer systems.
  • Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies with team members.
  • Assist in the training of other employees and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Possess a PIV certification.
  • Ability to work 1st shift (Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 3:30pm).
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year or more of plant, manufacturing, and/or warehouse experience.
  • Post-high school education.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
Work Environment:

Onsite - 400 Research Pkwy, Meriden, CT 06450.

Travel and Relocation:

No Travel. Not Authorized.
