Private Duty RN for Assessments

Amaray Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify medical needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and certification in good standing
- Experience in home health care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
