Unit Overview:

Our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) is a 20-bed unit that provides care for patients who require attention for acute brain injuries, respiratory assistance, or special monitoring. Our team approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care, and our staff members are outgoing and positive, utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
