  • Lead and Inspire a Team: As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and motivating a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our clients.
  • Client Care and Assessment: You will visit our assistive care clients and conduct assessments to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: You will supervise and develop the skills of our home health aide (HHA) staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to provide high-quality care.
  • New Hire Orientation and Competency Development: You will facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies on new and tenured staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience: You must have a strong background in nursing and at least 2 years of experience as an RN.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable, but not required.
