Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1440 care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
  • Document care provided in CareTracker.
  • Follow universal precautions and isolation procedures for infection control.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in accordance with state laws.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous healthcare experience, particularly in geriatrics or with the elderly population, is preferred.
