Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports to facilitate employee payroll and ensure precise payment processing.
- Maintain payroll data by collecting, calculating, auditing, and entering accurate information.
- Update payroll records by implementing necessary changes.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing and gathering relevant information.
- Address payroll inquiries, adhere to company policies, and ensure confidentiality of all employee and financial data.
- Oversee client collections through phone calls, emails, and text communications via the company's EMR system. Collaborate with front desk staff to update client records and manage invoicing and follow-ups. Keep detailed records of all collection activities.
- Reconcile daily credit card transaction reports.
- Utilize the Electronic Medical Record system (EMR) to assist in processing insurance remittances.
- Employ the EMR system for billing, payroll, and receivables management.
- Maintain accurate historical billing records and organize documents as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in finance or healthcare administration.
- Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial management systems.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
