Job Overview

Position Title: Bartender

Compensation: $20/hour plus gratuities

Work Schedule: As required for various events

Overview: We are seeking a personable and energetic Bartender who can oversee our banquet services and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and their guests. Ideal candidates will possess comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, ensuring that our patrons feel appreciated and well cared for.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Must hold a valid Utah On-Premises Sips & Tips Training certification along with a Food Handlers Permit.
  • Craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for event attendees.
  • Engage with guests, take drink orders, and serve refreshments.
  • Demonstrate extensive expertise in beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
  • Assess customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel valued.
  • Combine ingredients to create cocktails, prepare garnishes, and manage inventory levels.
  • Design and organize the drinks menu.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen manager to manage bar inventory and restocking.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage safety regulations.

Additional Qualifications: Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening.
