About the Role...

As a Medication Care Partner (Med Tech - HCA or CNA), you will provide essential care to our senior residents by adhering to personalized medication and treatment plans in a supportive environment. Available Positions: Full-time and Part-time roles across all shifts (8 hours).

Your Responsibilities as a Medication Care Partner:

  • Assist residents with the daily administration of medications, including self-administration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in resident status.
  • Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
  • Ensure medication files and medical records are up-to-date.
  • Provide compassionate support with daily living activities in a team-oriented environment.
  • Encourage independence and offer emotional support through continuous engagement and companionship.
  • Facilitate participation in life enrichment activities.
  • Foster open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for working with people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
  • Current HCA or CNA certification, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to acquire.
  • Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), or Senior Living.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
