Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Hopebridge in Gallatin, TN. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans, provide individualized support, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each child
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to children with ASD, promoting skill acquisition, functional communication, and social interaction
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of intervention plans and monitor progress
  • Conduct daily progress notes and maintain accurate records of patient data
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies and approaches to support children with ASD

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
