- Provide Evidence-Based Therapies: Provide individual therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, with opportunities to create group therapy options as needed.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure effective care.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and procedures regarding medical records.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Related Field: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or licensure eligibility in the state of Montana.
- Experience in Healthcare: Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field, with relevant certifications a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
This role may involve working in a fast-paced environment, with extended hours, flexible schedules, and on-call availability. The successful candidate will be able to handle emotionally challenging situations, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a team environment.
