We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Intermountain Deaconess Children's Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to children, adults, and families in our outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct individual, conjoint, and family psychotherapy sessions, as well as facilitate therapeutic groups on various topics.
- Collaborate with behavioral health support staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to approved graduate-level interns.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment and incorporate evidence-based approaches into your practice.
- Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Licensed or licensure candidate in good standing with the State of Montana's Board of Behavioral Health.
- At least two years of experience working with adults and children, either before or after completing a Master's degree.
- Training and/or experience in attachment theory, attachment-based therapeutic approaches, and trauma-informed care.
- Valid Montana driver's license.
