Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the Interim Raw Material Ordering Process for the Bottling division. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, acting as a liaison between suppliers, bottling, and key stakeholders to ensure raw material continuity of supply.

Key qualifications include proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, intermediate to advanced analytical skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, change management and influencing skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting all designated deadlines.

Responsibilities include managing and supporting the interim raw material ordering process, confirming receipt of raw material purchase requisitions, confirming/monitoring KO purchase requisitions conversions to KO purchase orders, creating and submitting SAP-generated purchase orders to suppliers as needed, confirming supplier receipt of KO purchase orders and delivery timing, assisting with and communicating delivery delays and/or material shortages to key stakeholders, monitoring and confirming timely completion of good receipts, managing raw material purchase order changes/discrepancies in SAP, and assisting with invoicing and/or defective material issues.

Skills required include procurement, coordinator, raw materials, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions. Experience level required is experienced, with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
