Job Overview
Hoidale Co., Inc. is a leading provider of petroleum and lubrication equipment solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our quoting team to prepare and present quotes to customers, and assist with the installation and maintenance of equipment. You should have a strong understanding of mechanical processes and be able to communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you should have a valid driver's license and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base
  • Meet sales targets established with management team
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting correct equipment to meet customer needs
  • Supply complex technical information to customers in a way that is easy to understand
  • Keep customers informed about new products and services

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, a 401k plan with company match, and a cafeteria plan. You will also have access to a company-provided vehicle, cell phone, and laptop, as well as an expense account.
