Position Overview

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $16-$18 per hour, in addition to commission opportunities. Our leading performers have the potential to earn between $80,000 and $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a substantial volume of outbound calls daily while posing qualifying inquiries.
  • Motivate customers to obtain competitive quotes from licensed agents.
  • Achieve performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the Tampa area.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, phone, and computer skills are essential.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers in a dynamic environment.
