Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Process and Project Engineering Specialist to join our team at On-Board Companies. This role is responsible for providing process and project engineering services in support of capital projects, as well as providing technical support to production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct project reviews and participate in key project team member discussions on design, operability, maintainability, process hazards analysis, and constructability.
  • Develop process design specifications for equipment and piping requirements.
  • Prepare pre-conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering design packages for capital projects.
  • Manage internal lead disciplines and external contractors throughout all phases of capital project implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive project procedure manuals and master schedules showing key milestones and critical path.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a chemical field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in executing engineering capital projects, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with process engineering and equipment design.
  • Familiarity with the stage gate process for capital project implementation.

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
