- Building stronger clinical nursing leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Courses and simulation experiences to deepen the Nurse's knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Ohio Board of Nursing RN license.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Classes for the 12-month residency program begin in February 2025. Nursing orientation and rotation may be initiated prior to February.
