Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication of patient condition.
- Coordinate comprehensive patient care across disciplines, acting as a primary coordinator.
- Execute physician and nursing orders with precision and care.
- Assess patients' needs comprehensively, considering various factors beyond just physiological data.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to establish and achieve goals.
- Ensure patient safety, administer medications, provide treatments, and offer patient/family education.
- Continuously evaluate patient status and the effectiveness of care, adapting the care plan as necessary.
- Valid and current Arizona RN License or compact state license with the ability to become licensed in Arizona within 30 days.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
- ACLS (American Heart Association) certification.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed RN in an acute care setting with demonstrated technical proficiency.
