Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to assist in driving profitability and growth strategies within a designated line of business. This role entails a comprehensive understanding of insurance regulations, collaboration with product development teams, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include analyzing rates, rules, and forms, providing expert insights, and facilitating strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development teams on ISO and AAIS support
  • Oversee the inventory of circulars and ongoing projects
  • Advise on actions related to ISO and AAIS circulars
  • Take ownership of the profit and loss for the assigned line of business
  • Conduct analysis for rate evaluations and profitability enhancements

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of technical underwriting
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • A minimum of 3 years in Commercial (Property) Underwriting
