Job Summary

Altus Group is seeking a seasoned Director of Complex Properties to join our esteemed property tax team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering on business objectives, aligning office/team priorities with service line objectives, meeting revenue targets, driving efficiency initiatives, expanding and strengthening our brand in the market, and fostering a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and revenue expansion through effective execution of service line priorities, ensuring clear objectives are cascaded to all levels and roles.
  • Optimize process, technology, and resources to drive efficiency, actively participating in the development and implementation of initiatives focused on business optimization.
  • Expand market share and build brand presence through timely and effective execution of sales and marketing campaigns, collaborating with director peers in other service lines to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure resources are in the proper roles with measurable performance metrics and accountability to goals, fostering an environment of performance feedback and career coaching.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working in property tax, with expertise in data centers and skilled negotiation of value and credits and incentives.
  • Undergraduate bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
