Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Thoroughly cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Replacing linens and replenishing supplies, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Ensuring the security of guest rooms and hotel property.
  • Returning lost items to the housekeeping department and documenting them appropriately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in corridors and service areas, responding to requests from management.
  • Organizing and restocking supplies at the end of your shift to prepare for the next day.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or housekeeping role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine concern for the safety and comfort of our guests.
