Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our store, including sweeping, cleaning, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
