Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to resident inquiries and assesses their needs to provide appropriate assistance. Aids residents with daily tasks and personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise.
- Repositions and turns patients who are confined to bed to prevent discomfort and complications.
- Monitors dietary needs by understanding residents' dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences, and offers support during meal times.
- Provides empathetic support and attention to both residents and their families, fostering a caring environment.
- Completes additional related tasks as assigned by nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must possess a current State Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
