Senior Nurse Manager

As a Charge Nurse on our Med/Surg 6 South Bordley Towers unit, you will play a critical role in leading our nursing team and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.
About this Opportunity:
- This is a full-time night shift position with a scheduled weekly hour of 36 hours.
- We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who has at least one year of RN experience and a strong background in leadership and coordination.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
- Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- One year of registered nurse experience.
- Current Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association.
- State-specific RN license (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin).
