About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our hiring process, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business success.

 

Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify potential candidates for various roles
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts in relevant industries to attract talent
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Creating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing recruitment initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent
  • Facilitating hiring workshops and providing interview training to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure a strong fit for our team
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Representing Cedarhurst Senior Living at job fairs, college career events, and collaborating with employment agencies to effectively promote our brand and attract top talent
  • Utilizing various recruiting tools and platforms to optimize sourcing efforts
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Championing inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and enhance branding strategies that support recruitment efforts
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of orientation sessions and training materials
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a talent acquisition or sourcing role
  • Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills with a track record of filling positions quickly and effectively
  • Experience in creating and tracking recruitment KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Familiarity with recruitment compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus

 

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
