Job Description

Project Resources Group (PRG) is a rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the telecommunication and utility industries. We are seeking an experienced Damage Field Investigator to join our team in the Colorado Springs, CO area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site investigations of underground and aerial cable plant damages.
  • Develop a professional working relationship with clients, contractors, and other personnel.
  • Conduct interviews with contractors, technicians, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Professionally photograph and process damaged scenes to determine liability.
  • Work with clients and contractors to obtain and write up job repair costs.
  • Compile investigation materials and email them to the local handling office.
  • Assist the Claims Recovery team post-investigation.
  • Develop and maintain monthly market reporting and lead meetings with clients.
Requirements
  • Reliable and presentable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and current insurance.
  • Strong customer service skills in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Investigation experience in the cable industry or utility locate industry.
  • Knowledge of the cable industry and/or utility locate industry.
  • Law enforcement and/or prior investigator experience a plus.
  • Claims background also a plus.
