Job Summary

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Consulting Leader to drive business development activities and lead a team of Solution Consultants in our Data and AI Practice in Herndon, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Practice Business Leadership: Lead a team of Solution Consultants to drive business development activities to meet strategic objectives and annual operation/long range strategic plan goals.
  2. Provide operational direction and coordination of program planning, integration, control, and resource management.
  3. Support practice financial tracking (e.g., cost, revenue, GP, book-to-bill) and pipeline management.
  4. Communicate with Data and AI Practice leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and peers within the practice to identify and resolve problems and challenges to ensure sound execution of internal and client-facing initiatives.
  5. Identify, develop, and implement efficiencies that enhance productivity and/or reduce overall practice and contract costs to the government.
  6. Support business development activities to meet strategic objectives and annual operation/long range strategic plan goals; and support delivery excellence activities for the practice.
  7. Delivery Consulting Focused: Leverage a deep mission understanding of client needs and objectives focused in the areas of Data and AI to design and implement innovative solutions.
  8. Explain mission challenges and issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Work with a diverse team of resources to deliver FOAK projects based on ManTech's project methodology.
  10. Facilitate workshops in support of project delivery (client and internal initiatives).
  11. Create client-facing project deliverables, teaming with technical SMEs, project, and practice leadership.
  12. Gather pre-implementation and post-implementation facts to contribute to ROI documentation and other Business Case components for the past performance write-ups; this includes creating needed documentation.
  13. Identify opportunities for organic contract growth.
  14. Supporting all areas: In partnership with Data and AI practice leadership, implement ManTech's Data and AI Practice strategic vision.
  15. Lead, guide, and mentor team members and employees to enable growth.
  16. Less than 25% travel required to various client sites for project consulting and oversight as needed.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering; relevant experience acceptable in lieu of preferred degree).
  2. Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience supporting IC, FedCiv, or DoD clients.
  4. Experience contributing to Data and AI projects with a diverse team of resources.
  5. Experience tailoring project deliverables/project artifacts to adapt to the practice methodology.
  6. Experience preparing and presenting project findings/results to clients and corporate leadership.
  7. Experience providing input to strategic account planning.
  8. Strong analytical and quality assessment skills.
  9. Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and collaboration tools like Slack.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience as a consultant for a major Federal consulting firm.
  2. PMP certification.
  3. Experience leading teams of at least 5 people.
  4. Experience working in an Agile team.
  5. Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
  6. Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Security Clearance Requirement

US citizenship. Secret clearance (or higher) is required to start. Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly.
