Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Coordinator RN to join our team at Geisinger Health System. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides direct patient care and supervises assigned personnel
  • Assists with orientation and integration of new employees
  • Conducts performance appraisals and monitors absenteeism
  • Orders supplies and schedules 24-hour staffing
  • Communicates pertinent information regarding patient care activities and operations
  • Participates in the formulation of nursing policies and goals
Requirements
  • Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree in Related Field-Nursing (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years-Nursing (Required)
  • Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
