About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Sagora Senior Living Inc. in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidate will have six months of experience working in a retirement community setting, administering medications and providing personal care to residents.

As a Medical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering medications, obtaining vital signs, managing medication supplies, and assisting residents with daily living activities.

You will also be expected to observe and report any changes in resident condition and status, as well as conduct regular rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including company-paid telemedicine service, on-demand pay, and health insurance.
