About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the high standard of quality and service that Asset Living is known for. You will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including service requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and other community features to identify and address hazardous property conditions or liability concerns.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $33 per hour - $36 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive total rewards package includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
