Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with Professional Staffing Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work alongside a diverse clinical support team to assess patient care results and apply evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient care results and apply evidence-based practices
• Work alongside a diverse clinical support team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and therapists
• Take responsibility for the care of assigned patients within a primary nursing framework
• Engage in care planning while promoting resident independence and personal choice
• Act as a coach and mentor for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

Qualifications:

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (1st and 2nd doses)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required (6 months may be acceptable for strong candidates)
