Job Summary:

As a skilled Nurse Care Specialist at Compunnel, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a geriatric population. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Additionally, you will direct and guide patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel, and maintain standards of professional nursing. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an Emergency Department, is required. Critical care background is preferred.

Education and Certification:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in MA. ACLS/BLS certification is required, and TNCC is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care to a geriatric population through the nursing process
Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel
Maintain standards of professional nursing
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
