About the Role

As a Game Room Attendant at Bowlero Corp, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional gaming experience for our guests. If you're passionate about games, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a fun and dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all games are functioning properly and report any issues to management
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with game-related issues
  • Promote our center's offerings, including bowling, billiards, and food and drinks
  • Operate POS systems and sell arcade cards to guests
  • Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels for the redemption center
  • Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

Requirements

  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
