Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
  • Ensure all games and equipment are in good working order, and report any issues to management
  • Assist guests with game-related issues, and promote our center's offerings to increase sales
  • Operate multiple POS systems with ease, selling arcade cards and other merchandise
  • Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels for our redemption center
  • Maintain a clean and organized arcade area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven success in previous roles or education
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
