Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our guest rooms and public areas. You will work closely with our Housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
  • Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
  • Proper utilization of equipment, supplies, and guest amenities
  • Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
  • Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in our Green Program
  • Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, and properly report as found
  • Respect for guests' property should always be exercised
  • Responsible care of equipment
  • Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records and follows proper standards for issuance of rooms
  • Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers always
  • Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to push and pull up to 75lbs
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Prefer if you have some hotel or hospitality experience or willing to learn/train the role
  • Must be customer service and goal-oriented

Compensation:

The compensation for this position is $16.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
