  • Software Management: Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • Technical Support: Work with personal computers to load and manage software applications.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of parts inventory.
  • Repair Analysis: Analyze and address electronic and mechanical problems as they arise.
  • Equipment Installation: Install, program, and test new petroleum equipment.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with clients to explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and punctuality during service calls.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in petroleum service.
  • Certification in Gilbarco or Wayne dispenser service is required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific terminology and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and urgency in task completion.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass necessary physical examinations.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds.
  • Position involves stooping, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
  • Exhibit sound integrity and professional ethics.
  • Familiarity with internet mapping and dispatch software.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday.
