Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and exceeding customer needs, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the sales floor.
